Job Title: Sales/Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos


  • As a Sales/Marketing Executive, you are responsible for identifying potential new clients and working with them to build up a relationship with the goal of understanding their investment objectives then helping them manage their wealth


  • Marketing and sales of our products
  • Creating and developing new ways to communicate the company’s message to our new and existing customers
  • Contributing to annual sales and marketing plans
  • Preparing weekly and monthly marketing plans
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities
  • Prospecting- generating prospects lists weekly and increasing the list continually
  • Directs product research and development
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports weekly/monthly
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Cross selling investment products
  • Up selling luxury building projects
  • Creating opportunities for and delivering presentations at luxury events in order to close sales.


  • Candidate should have an experience of 1-3 years
