We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD/CE
- Working closely with the MD to ensure smooth flow of office work.
- Maintain efficient filing & records
- Screen telephone calls and inquiries
- Keep diary of meetings, appointments etc
- Treat appropriately, incoming emails, letters, memos etc
- Typing of documents
- Attending to other routine administrative work
- Qualification: Minimum HND, must be able to expertly use the Microsoft Suite, Corel Draw and the Internet
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Personal Assistant.
